Two worlds aligning: Why CX should be at the core of ESG strategies in real estate
The fifth annual RealService/GRESB partnership event is taking place on Dec 12 (9.00-1.30) hosted by Canary Wharf Group on Level 39 at One, Canada Square, London.
The seminar will be discussing the aligning agendas of customer experience and ESG with a special focus on the ‘S’.

The aims of the event are:
- To encourage debate on how the Customer Experience and ESG agendas can be aligned to mutual advantage
- To showcase ESG best practice among GRESB participants including Canary Wharf Group and RealService clients with focus on the ‘S’
- To explore the commercial and social value of improving engagement with occupiers and with a wider group of stakeholders (including community), and how to succeed at this
- For the event to be ‘purposeful’ with practical learnings supporting GRESB’s strategic agenda

We’ll be presenting original research, hearing best-practice examples from Canary Wharf Group and being inspired by special guest Dan James, Development Director at The Eden Project (pictured).
Our panellists will include GRESB’s Alex Steel plus Liz Peace, Phineas Harper, Lorna-Rose Simpson and David O’Sullivan.
Places are limited so if you would like to attend, please contact Claire.Middleton@real-service.co.uk.
